Teddy Bears Picnic with the Children’s Hospital Foundation and Children’s Health Queensland
There were smiles everywhere, lots of laughter, and plenty of excitement as children and families enjoyed a morning filled with fun, including getting up close with some amazing farm animals and beautiful face painting from the Starlight Children’s Foundation Australia.
Amongst the morning, we were handling out biscuits and lollies, sharing quit moments, and gently opening conversations about what matters most. Sometimes it is the smallest lightest touches that help families feel supported, connected and less alone.
A big thank you to Priestly Gourmet delights fort the generous catering donation, those biscuits were very well received.
Thank you to our wonderful volunteers Georgia, Elizabeth and the PCQ staff for helping to fulfil this celebration.
