Carol’s wish was to have fish and chips with her family on Bribie Island

Carol’s most cherished wish was to relive beautiful memories of times spent with her beloved family and friends enjoying fish and chips on the tranquil shores of Bribie Island.

Accompanied by her husband David, her beloved 14-year-old dog Scotty (who loved being reunited with his mum after weeks apart) and many family and friends, Carol savoured every bit of her battered fish and crispy chips whilst sitting with everyone overlooking the water. The taste brought back memories of carefree days of her childhood exploring the Island with her brothers and father and to the more recent quiet afternoons spent watching the sunset with her husband and faithful pooch Scotty. Memories were recounted evoking a sense of nostalgia and gratitude – it was a day of togetherness and a day that would forever be treasured in the hearts of all who were there.

Thank you to our wonderful wish team Lucy, Cameron, Jane and Dale for fulfilling this last wish and Ange Costes Photography for creating
