Widya’s Wish was to meet her favourite Disney character: Mickey Mouse
For Widya, Disney represents magical storytelling that takes you to new places, a happy place. Her Wish was exactly this, she wanted to hold on to wonder and meet Mickey Mouse.
Having had many visits to Disneyland in both Paris and Florida, Widya has found solace in the colourful characters of Disney. These memories reminded her of times that we’re filled with joy and laughter, memories that help divert her focus from her life limiting illness.
Holding tight her Mickey Mouse plush, Widya sang and danced with Mickey – all whilst telling the team of her visits to Disneyland.
A heartfelt and touching experience for everyone.
