Sunshine Coast Community Rallies on a Night of Trivia and Tunes for Ambulance Wish Queensland.

More than 100 Sunshine Coast locals came out in force for a fun-filled evening of trivia, friendly competition and generosity in support of Ambulance Wish Queensland: raising more than $2,500 to help fulfil meaningful wishes for Queenslanders living with a life-limiting illness.

Hosted at Caloundra RSL, guests put their knowledge to the test while engaging in conversation about what the Ambulance Wish Queensland program means to the Sunshine Coast Community.

This trivia night would not have been possible without the incredible support of the Sunshine Coast   – Mingary Care, Country to Coast Queensland, and the team at Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service, along with the many community members that joined us on the night.

With Adam, our trivia master, leading the charge, keeping the energy high and the questions challenging – the competition was serious. But with a few special dancing extra point rounds, it proved that the night was more than just about getting the answers right.

The raffle also kept anticipation high, with amazing prizes donated by Caloundra RSL, Sea Life Sunshine Coast Aquarium, Amaze World, Maleny Botanic Gardens and Bird World, Tides Restaurant, Moffat Beach Brewing Co, Mingary Care Op shop and Fifty Acres Gelato.

Behind the scenes, our volunteer, Emily Auld, kept the night running smoothly and spent her time helping with raffle ticket sales. We appreciate you generously giving us your time, Emily!

This trivia night was something special. It gave us an insight into what the Sunshine Coast community is: Generous, compassionate and full of spirit. Each ticket purchased and each seat filled, has helped Ambulance Wish Queensland to continue to create meaningful memories for Queenslanders.
