Ms M’s Wish was to have a beautiful catered meal with her family
A special wish for Ms M.
Joined by her family, Ms M was treated to a catered luncheon at Robina Hospital Palliative Care Unit. The star attractions was a poached chicken fillet in coconut sauce and a seared, roasted beef fillet from Blue Plates Catering
Ambulance Wish Volunteer Dale, along with Kerri from Blue Plates, set out the courtyard table like a restaurant. Designed napkins, soft pillows and gorgeous flowers were arranged to bring the restaurant experience to Ms M.
Thank you to our wonderful volunteer, Dale, for fulfilling this last wish and for creating memories forever for Ms M’s loved ones.
