Matthew’s wish was something so simple, yet it meant the world: to share lunch at The Lion with the people who matter most.
A long-time member of The Lion, his local pub, Matthew was surrounded by family and friends, as he enjoyed great food, great company, and even a bit of luck on the pokies.
Wishes like these remind us that it doesn’t have to be a grand gesture; it’s the familiar places, shared laughter, and time together that mean everything.
Thank you to our wonderful wish team Sue, Scarlett and Amy for fulfilling this last wish and creating memories forever for Matthew’s loved ones.
