Louise’s Wish was to visit Maleny Botanic Gardens & Bird World with her family

From a childhood spent loving all birds, Louise’s Wish was to visit Maleny Botanic Gardens & Bird World with her family.

An inseparable part of Louise’s life, birds mean the world to her; none more so than her 30-year-old Galah.  In honour of this special bond, AWQ took Louise to Bird World, where she found herself surrounded by doves, kingfishers and macaws – each one taking a liking to Louise’s hat.

Louise’s family joined in on the fun too! The birds were flying on to heads, outstretched arms and even nibbling on ears and T–shirts.

The smile could not be wiped from Louise’s face, a true reflection of the incredible impact and joy her feathered friends bring to her life.
