Graham’s wish was to have Fish and Chips with his family at the Cleveland waterfront

A memorable morning reliving the weekends spent down by the water. Graham’s wish was to have fish and chips with his family at the Cleveland waterfront.

For years Graham and his wife visited this special spot every weekend, a ritual that shaped the beginnings of this wish.

Recently, Graham had been talking about one last trip to the waterfront with his family. Just one last visit to sit, reflect and soak in the view that had filled in so many of his weekends.

Joined by his wife, daughter and family, Graham got to do just that. With an ice cream in hand, Graham soaked it all in. The sights, the smells and the feeling of the sea breeze against his skin.

A wonderfully memorable morning for everyone.

Thank you to our wonderful wish team Vicky, Bern and Lisa for fulfilling this last wish and for creating memories forever for Graham’s loved ones.

Thank you to our service partner Metro South Hospital and Health Service – Wynnum Manly Palliative Care Unit on this special occasion.
