Main Beach has always remained special to Noel, and with his family by his side, on such a beautiful day, they made the most of it.
Passing the footy along the sand and soaking up the sunshine was the perfect way to spend the morning.
Although Noel couldn’t make it down to the water’s edge himself, his family made sure that he could experience all the sensations of the beach. They collected sand and seawater in containers, gently pouring it over Noel’s feet so that he could feel the cold crispness of the water and the soft grains of sand once more.
Noel’s wish is a perfect reminder of the joy found in small moments, surrounded by family and the sea he loved so much.
