Derek’s Wish was to visit Australia Zoo for the morning
A morning out to experience the sights and sounds of the world-famous Australia Zoo.
Derek stepped onto the grounds, excited to see the meerkats, tigers and the croc show! He has always had a deep love for animals and so it felt like entering another world.
The meerkats were on top of the list for Derek. He loved watching their curious and playful antics up close and personal. He could have spent hours just watching them scurry around and standing up at attention.
It was a dream come true for Derek and an experience that kept a smile on his face for hours to come. An incredible morning and one that he was truly appreciative of.
