Rachel’s Wish was to get down to the water at Tugun Beach

Like all our incredible Wishes, the simplest often have the most meaning. For Rachel, her Wish was to feel the water lapping at her feet at Tugun Beach.

Surrounded by her closest family and friends, Rachel was escorted down the shore where the water gently covered her feet and the sand danced between her toes. Her joy was infectious, a smile that would light up the world around her, as she splashed around – feeling the embrace from the coolness of the water and the warmth of the sun.

Lunch was sorted by Captain Hooks seafood, fresh fish and crispy chips.

With Kees, the cuddly plush QAS bear, keeping her company throughout the Wish – Rachel was so glad to spend this time with her family at one of her favourite places on Earth.

Thank you to our wonderful wish team Kristy, Abbey, Jessi, and Hiromi for fulfilling this last wish and Agne Costes Photography for creating memories forever for Rachel and her loved ones.
