Norman’s Wish was to visit the Abbey Church
A religious man, Norman’s Wish was to visit the Abbey Church and admire the stunning stained-glass windows.
Amazed at the exquisite artistry and craftsmanship of the windows, Norman also had the opportunity to speak with Father George. Their conversation, filled with Father George’s passion for the church and its history, deepened Norman’s faith.
With his Wish fulfilled, Norman sat outside in the fresh air, surrounded by nature. It was clear that he had found a sense of peace and tranquillity.
Thank you to our wonderful wish team Vicky, Vlad and Albert for fulfilling this last wish and Ange Coates Photography for creating memories forever for Norman’s loved ones.
Thank you to our service partner Metro North Hospital and Health Service, Community Palliative Care Service and the support of The Abbey Museum of Art and Archaeology on this special occasion.
