John Wish was to go swimming with his family
A beautiful return to home for John. John’s Wish was to go swimming with his family.
An incredible sunny day, a pool day was the perfect excuse to get out and about. With noodles keeping him afloat, John was able to paddle around in his pool and soak in the spa.
With a BBQ lunch awaiting him after the pool, John was all smiles as he waded, paddled and swam – joyous to be able to experience the weightlessness of the pool in the beautiful surrounds of home.
Finishing the day on a high, our volunteer team, on the way back to Katie Rose Cottage, stopped so that John and his son could look out over the ocean. A magical finish to a wonderful wish.
