Gary’s Wish was to go fishing with his family at Wynnum Jetty.

A keen fisherman with an eye for geography, Gary’s Wish was to go fishing with his family at Wynnum Jetty.

Holding a special place in Gary’s heart, Wynnum Jetty was the regular spot for fishing with his family, often commenting on the aspects of the islands out in the bay whilst reeling in the catch of the day.

This day was no different. A peaceful morning with the sun out and the cooling sea breeze, Gary’s family reeled in a couple of ‘trophy fish’ to great excitement and were released to catch another day.

A very special day filled with love, connection and memories.
