Dynes’ Wish was to have lunch with his family at the Maroochy Surf Club
On February 11, Dynes’ wish saw him celebrate a family lunch at The Maroochy Surf Club. Surrounded by his Brother, Sister-in-law, her sister, and his Niece, Dynes revelled in moments of love and laughter.
Maroochydore has been a consistent Christmas holiday spot for the past three decades for Dynes and his family. Reflecting on this beautiful day and on the many memories created here, Dynes unloaded words of wisdom; “It’s not about what you do or say, it’s about how you make people feel”. With that in mind, Dynes and his family ended the day with a loving stroll along Maroochydore beach. A memory they won’t soon forget.
Thank you to our wonderful wish team Bethany and Cameron for fulfilling this last wish and Nathan Hughes Photography for creating memories forever for their loved ones.
Thank you to our service partner Metro South Community Palliative Care Service and the support of Maroochy Surf Club for going above and beyond on this special occasion.
