Jane’s Wish was to visit Australia Zoo and see the giraffes

A wet and wonderful Wish at Australia Zoo for Jane.

Jane is very fond of giraffes, having had an incredible experience feeding the residents at Dubbo Zoo in years gone. This week, Jane’s Wish was to visit Australia Zoo and feed the giraffes, Zaraffa, Sally, Rosie and Lizzie – A special goal of hers that she had up on the wall of her room.

Joined by her sister, brother and best friend on a rainy day, Jane was able to reach out and feed the baby Giraffe, Zaraffa. The tongue of the baby giraffe decided that Jane’s hand was delicious too!

Because of the rain, many of the giraffes were shy. But Jane persevered and managed to see the local Sumatran Elephants show off incredible tricks and lay her eyes on the beautiful Sumatran Tiger.

Thank you to our wonderful wish team Kristy, Bridgit, Francesca and Evelyn for fulfilling this last wish and Adoreyou photography for creating memories forever for their loved ones
